These Supplementary Terms on Artificial Intelligence (“AI Terms”) constitute an integral component of the Terms of Use and the Software-As-A-Service Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between you and YourAIAssistants, acting on behalf of CJ Analytica Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “CJ Analytica”).

AI: Refers to any features or functionalities facilitated under the Agreement that leverage data models developed through machine learning processes.

AI Writing Tools: Denotes the suite of authorship and editing tools utilizing AI, encompassing tools for the generation of textual content via AI.

Your utilization of AI is contingent upon usage constraints. You acknowledge and consent that surpassing the allocated usage permitted by your Subscription and Subscription Plan may necessitate the upgrading of your Subscription Plan or the procurement of additional usage to sustain access to and utilization of AI.

Furthermore, CJ Analytica reserves the right to deactivate or impair the performance of such AI functionalities in such instances.

CJ Analytica neither employs your Customer Data nor permits its utilization by others for the training of the machine learning models utilized to furnish the AI.

Your engagement with the AI does not confer upon CJ Analytica any rights or licenses pertaining to your Customer Data for the purpose of training our machine learning models.

You reserve the right to furnish input for processing by AI (“Input”) and receive output generated and returned by AI based on the Input (“Output”). While employing AI, provided you are in compliance with the Agreement, both Input and Output constitute your Customer Data.

You bear sole responsibility for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and utilization of your Customer Data.

You are prohibited from utilizing AI or Output:

(i) for the development of foundation models or other large-scale models that compete with CJ Analytica or its AI offerings; (ii) to deceive any individual into believing that Output from the Services was solely generated by a human; (iii) for the generation of spam or content intended for dissemination in electoral campaigns; or (iv) in contravention of any technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters.

CJ Analytica makes no representations or warranties concerning the results that may be derived from the utilization of AI or the accuracy of any other information obtained via CJ Analytica AI. You understand and accept that any material and/or data acquired through the utilization of any AI feature is done at your sole discretion.

Notwithstanding any contrary provisions within your Agreement, downtime of AI resulting from the malfunction of a third-party service shall not be factored into the calculations pertaining to the availability and downtime of CJ Analytica Services.

In opting to utilize the AI feature(s), you are precluded from employing the AI features in a manner that contravenes any OpenAI Policy, inclusive of their Content Policy, Sharing and Publication Policy, and Community Guidelines. By doing so, you hereby indemnify and absolve CJ Analytica of any and all claims arising from or relating to your breach of the foregoing provisions.
